As a part of my packages, I offer prenatal visits to establish a comfortable relationship and open communication before the day of birth. We will go over your birth plan, pain management techniques, comfort measures, relaxation, and ways to get baby in the optimal position for birthing. It is my goal for every woman to feel heard and comfortable in this tender time. These visits are a great time to go over any questions you have pertaining to your options for interventions.
Labor and Delivery Support
I am here for you for the whole process.
Starting from 36 weeks on:
Text or call with questions, for support, or signs of early labor.
When labor has been determined, I can join you at your home upon invitation and go to the hospital together after laboring at home.
-Or- If you would rather, when its time to go, I can meet you at the hospital.
I will help you to labor at home if desired using techniques tailored to you and your needs. Depending on homebirth or hospital birth, I hope to make any transition smooth and peaceful for you to be able to maintain your rhythm. Your about to meet your baby!
After baby is born, I will stay with you and offer emotional and physical support for up to 2 hours postpartum. I'm also there to help with breastfeeding if needed.
I will continue to do all that I can to make you both as comfortable and prepared as possible as you begin to acclimate to your new normal! I am beyond grateful to be able to offer you experienced and understanding care in this tender time.
